Mobile hotspots (a.k.a. portable hotspot or pocket WiFi routers) are battery-powered portable WiFi stations that provide wireless internet access on many WiFi-enabled devices, such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, e-readers, portable gaming devices, etc.
Mobile hotspots typically use mobile broadband service from cellular providers for 3G or 4G LTE internet access.

To activate your WiFi Hotspot, go to keepgo.com/activate and find the "Add a new Line" menu item. Enter your line ID (last 8 numbers printed on the rear panel of your hotspot) and click "Activate". The line is added to your Prepaid Plan.

You will receive the 2 GB coupon code inside the activation email after activating your Keepgo line at keepgo.com/activate

The coupon code is valid for 1 year, you can use it whenever you wish.

The password for your mobile WiFi hotspot is also known as a Key.

If your password is not printed on a sticker on the front of the hotspot then please use the default Key which you can find on the inside cover of the hotspot or underneath the battery.

If you have a sticker on the hotspot with the SSID and password use the password printed on the hotspot.

If you have a black hotspot with a display you can navigate to the second screen where you can get the Key.

The APN and data roaming are set as the default in the Keepgo hotspot. To configure the APN and enable data roaming reset the hotspot by hold down both the “Power” and “WPS” buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. All the LED lights will flash blue 4 times to indicate that the device has been reset and the APN reconfigured.

You connect to Mobile Hotspot the same way you would connect to any WiFi network:

• Open your WiFi settings and scan for available networks. Your Mobile Hotspot name (SSID) will appear on the list.
• In the list of available WiFi networks, select the name of the Mobile Hotspot.
• If prompted, enter the Mobile Hotspot Key.
• Tap "join" or "connect".
• Congratulations! You've successfully connected a device to your mobile hotspot.

The number of devices can be checked through the web interface

You can access your WiFi hotspot web interface using an Internet browser:

• 1. Connect to your hotspot device through WiFi using the network connection software on your computer. Enter the WiFi network password, if requested.
• 2. Open a browser and enter http://mobile.hotspot, http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
• 3. Enter your Password and click Login. The default password is admin

If your phone is locked with your carrier or if you need to share your internet connection between several devices, you can easily do it by creating your own private WiFi network and save yourself a lot of time hunting for a free public WiFi hotspots.

The hotspot can be tested only in the countries covered by Keepgo.

Please note that in each country we partner with one or two local cellular networks. You might experience connectivity difficulties where there is no cellular coverage of our partner carrier. Yes. You can make a switch at your Personal Account. However, we recommend you contact customer support before making a switch.

Please keep in mind that when you switch a line to the Lifetime Prepaid Plan, your GoFi Prepaid data does not transfer over. Your Line will be automatically refilled with 1 GB of data according to the prices specified.

No. You cannot switch back from Lifetime to GoFi Prepaid Plan, since GoFi lines are no longer sold at Keepgo.
